Liver Gallbladder Cleanse - Day 2
Today is day 2 for my liver gallbladder cleanse. So far it seems to be going well. I’m drinking lots of water and eating healthy. I am continuing to drink my recommended apple juice four times a day.
I have noticed that I get a slight headache after I drink the first cup of apple juice. But the headache faded away within an hour or so. It was nothing compared to the colonix headaches I used to get. I didn’t feel any other side effects, or what I would consider a side effect.
Not much more to say. So far there’s just not much to report, besides I’m drinking alot of apple juice.
