First Day of Liver Gallbladder Cleanse
So, today is the first day of my liver gallbladder cleanse.
Sorta.
Technically, it’s my first day, but I don’t really have much to do. I have a big jug of apple juice (1 gallon) and I poured the contents of the Livatrex into the apple juice. I have to drink about 8 oz. four times a day. A couple of hours apart from each other.
Thats it. Thats all I have to do for the first four days. On the last day is when the actual flush is. Thats when the ‘real’ work comes in.
The reason why I am drinking the apple juice with the livatrex mixed in, is because the ingredients in the drink will help prepare my liver and gallbladder for the flush.
