Colon Cleansing Day 16

It’s been a long day. This morning I was getting horrible cramps in my stomach. I felt like I had to “go,” but I could never squeeze anything out. I had the cramps for about three hours. It was very distracting too, because I was supposed to give a presentation at work today. While I’m up in front of a room of people, I’m getting these cramps. So, I’m trying to not be obvious about it and just go on with my presentation. At times, it was hard. I would be in the middle of a sentence and turn my body a certain way, and BAM! there’s a cramp, suckerpunching me in the stomach. The presentation went well, and nobody said anything about it to me, but I’m sure they noticed. And I’m sure it went down as “another-stupid-thing” that I’ve done lately.

As to how I’ve been feeling - Not good. I’ve had a colonix headache all day. Longer than usual. This one feels like those I got back in the first week of colon cleansing. It was a rough one. I spent my entire lunch break sleeping in my car, because rest seems to be the only thing that helps the headaches. And napping for an hour in my car helped. I was able to shut my body down for awhile and allow it some time to recooperate.

No poop. Still feeling pretty backed up. I thought that I would’ve had a big movement today because I was cramping so bad this morning. One thing that I’ve learned since starting the Colonix is that when I start to get bad cramps, then I’m about to drop alot of kids off at the pool. ** If you know what I mean **

I guess that means I will have a massive one tomorrow sometime. I need to remember to bring my trusty wire hanger with me to work….. just in case.

What I Ate Today:
7:10 am - Cup of coffee
7:45 am - FULL scoop of Colonix, mixed with 8oz. Fruit Juice, followed with another 8oz. glass of juice
8:30 am - 2 strips of bacon, 1 hard boiled egg and a slice of cinnamon toast. 8oz. glass of orange juice
10:30 am - 9oz. cup of water
12:45 pm - 9oz. cup of water
1:45 pm - Luby’s Chicken Fried Steak with Macaroni & Cheese & Green Beans. Iced Tea
3:15 pm - 9oz. cup of water
4:00 pm - 9oz. cup of water
5:20 pm - 9oz. cup of water, pack of 6 cheese crackers
7:00 pm - Deli Sandwich, Turkey & Swiss, with pretzels. Glass of milk.
8:45 pm - 2 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup’s with 16oz. glass of water
10:20 pm - KleriTea zzz.z.z..z…….
