Colonix Cleansing Day 10

I’m not sure what to think. It’s been 10 days, and I’ve been up & down since starting this cleanse. I’ve had a rocky BM schedule, and lots of headaches. It seems to be getting better. But I don’t understand why it’s even there in the first place. Everyone seems to say it’s detox symptoms. Ok. I beleive that. But they also say it ends within a few days. How is constipation and cramping a detox symptom? I can understand the headaches being a form of detox. I don’t know. I’m just discouraged right now. This wasn’t what I was expecting.

What I Had Today
6:45 - Cup of coffee
7:30am - 8oz. glass of juice
7:45am - Full scoop of Colonix Fiber, mixed with 8oz. fruit juice, followed with more juice.
8:20am - Bowl of FruitLoops, with Starberries
9:00am - 8oz. glass of water
10:45am - 9oz. cup of water
11:00am - 4 organic baby carrotts
12:30pm - 9oz. cup of water, slice of coworker bday lemon-cake (yum!)
12:50pm - 9oz. cup of water
2:45pm - Jason’s Deli Salad Bar. Iced Tea, refilled once
3:10pm - 9oz. cup of water
5:30pm - 9oz. cup of water, Granola Bar with chocolate chips.
8:00pm - Turkey Sandwich, with swiss cheese. French Fries and 16oz. water
9:15pm - Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, 12oz. bottle of water.
9:30pm - Bowl of popcorn.
12:00am (right now) - 16oz. Glass of water

Colon Cleansing Blues

Ok, the rough colonix consitpation is back. First thing this morning, I had an urge to go, so I went. But, woah, did I pay the price. I must’ve swallowed a golf ball in my sleep, because something about that size and shape came out of me. I strained pretty hard to get it out. I noticed it quickly, because it was quite painful. Let me tell you, it was like giving birth to a lemon. That was all that I got out. Just an oval shaped colonix-poopsphere.

I’ve also had a colonix headache for most of the day. Annoying. It’s not that it’s painful, but just kinda there. I notice it every once in awhile. Thankfully, it’s not like it was the first week. Geez, that was pretty rough. If it was still like that, I would probably quit, because it’s wouldn’t be worth all of that drama.

Otherwise, not much more to say at this point. I need to take care of some stuff, but I’ll update more later.
