Overall, today was a good day. I woke up this morning and instead of coffee, I made another fruit smoothie. Same ingredients as the one from a couple of days ago. One banana, 10 strawberries, and about 25 blueberries, blended together with ice cubes, fruit juice and flax seed oil. It was pretty yummy. Although, I could’ve used the kick my coffee gives me, but that’s ok. I still felt pretty good after drinking it. Had a solid lunch. Then a not-so-healthy, but very-very-tasty dinner. I drank a lot of water today. I found myself going to the breakroom every chance I got to chug a cup of water, and then going to the bathroom shortly there after.
No poop today, but that’s ok. I got a bunch out yesterday, so I feel ok about it. I did have a Colonix headache throughout the day. It wasn’t as bad as the first few days, but it was there.
What I Had Today:
7:30am - 8oz. Glass of water
8:40am - FULL Colonix scoop, mixed with water
8:55am - 16oz. Fruit Smoothie, whole wheat bagel and one organic apple
9:30am - One Sobe Energy drink
11:00am - 18oz. Water (two 9oz. Cups)
12:30pm - 9oz water
2:00pm - Jason’s Deli salad bar. One BIG salad, with Iced Tea.
3:15pm - 9oz cup of water
4:40pm - 10 organic baby carrots, with 9oz cup of water
6:15pm - One Sobe Energy drink
7:45pm - Chicken Fajitas, with side of pinto beans. 16oz glass of milk
9:20pm - Organic Apple, with 16oz glass of water
10:45pm - 16oz. Glass of water

So today was pretty embarrassing. The fallout from the otherday is still coming. I’ve had people make little comments to me for the last few days - You must REALLY be full of it!! or Do you have a turtlehead poking out?
I had another meeting this morning, and before it started they made sure to ask me if I needed to run to the bathroom before the meeting started. They pretty much called me out in front of everyone. Then they proceeded to ask me multiple times if I wanted to take a break.
I was on google earlier today, and I typed in “Colonix Side Effects” and I found this Colonix Review. This website seems kinda fishy. I didn’t read it all, but I read enough to know that they are trying to sell, some other colon cleanser, and it’s probably some sort of scam. Bowtrol? It’s not even in the top 10 colon cleansers, that Natural Healing put out. You’re not going to see me ingesting any of that. I know absolutely NOTHING about it, but i know that its not something that I want. Besides, I dont’ trust any company with a simple, 1990’s looking website. Any reputable company, will have a nice website.
The main reason I chose Colonix is because of all the testimonials on their website. Also, because of the #1 ranking by Natural Healing. While I was doing the research on the different colon cleansing products, I came across this Dual Action Cleanse site. That was all I needed to read before I said no way!
Anyways. I’m done talking for now. I’ll update more later…
