All in All, today was the worst day I’ve had since starting on Colonix. This headache just seems to continue growing and i’m severely constipated. My stomach has become a noticeably larger.
What I Ate Today:
6:45am - Cup of Coffee
7:00am - Cup of Coffee
8:00am - Bowl of Fruitloops with Starberries!
8:35am - ½ scoop of Colonix, mixed with 8oz glass of water, followed immediately with another glass of water, with leftover Colonix mix.
9:10am - 16oz fruit smoothie, containing 2 bananas, 8 strawberries, 3 cantalope cubes, about 6oz milk and tablespoon of flax seed oil.
10:15am - 9oz glass of water
10:50am - 9oz glass of water
11:35am - 9oz glass of water
11:45am - 9oz glass of water, snacked on some Club crackers.
12:30pm - 9oz glass of water
1:15-1:45pm - TexMex!! One beef enchilada, two tacos, rice & beans. Plus a Sobe Citrus Energy Drink.
3pm - 9oz glass of water
3:20pm - 9oz glass of water
4:20 - 9oz glass of water
5:35pm - 9oz glass of water
8:15pm - Roast, with corn & mashed potato’s, 16oz. glass of milk.
10:15pm (Right Now) - 16oz glass of water

So, it’s a little after 7pm here and I am just feeling wiped out. I left work early because I wasn’t feeling good, and now, a few hours later, I’m not feeling that much better. I finally forced myself out of bed, just to get something in my stomach.
I ate an enchilada and a couple of tacos for lunch. They were delicious. Usually, mexican food runs right thourgh me, but not today. I still haven’t had any sort of bowel movement since I started the colonix. I’m really concerned. Other than the little one that I managed to get out earlier today, I haven’t had any other kind of activity down there. Three days worth of food is inside of me. Just sitting there, probably rotting at this point. If I don’t have a movement by the time I go to bed tonite, I’m gonna go get some sort of a laxative or something. Because this can’t be good. I’ve gained about 6lbs in the last three days. I’m sure it’s from the food that hasn’t been expelled.
For sure, I’m going to steep the tea for at least 5 minutes tonite. Because the recommended 2 minutes didn’t work too well for me. Ok, my head hurts and this screen is freakn’ bright. I’m going to go lay down and watch the Office…

ok. This headache has reached a new level. I can’t take it anymore, so I’m going home where I can lay down in my bed and rest.
I recieved a few responses from the forum posts I put up. Mainly people were just saying that I wasn’t drinking enough water. Drink More! Drink More! A few people also told me the headaches could be caused by “detox symptoms”. ALOT of people said they experienced severe headaches the first week or so. No one seemed to offer any sort of way to releive the headache though.
Not exactly sure what Detox Symptoms mean, but apparently it’s pretty bad, because I found this Colonix Forum, where multiple people are complaining of headaches and various other things. Now I’m starting to get worried, because in this forum they have been experiencing headaches well into their third week, and they ended up quitting because of it.
I’m really starting to second guess my decision to try this stuff.

Damnit! It’s back.Sure enough, about 45 minutes after drinking the Colonix fiber mix, the headache came back. Why is this happening? Why does Colonix do this to you??? Someone better answer my forum posts, so that I can figure out a way to kill these headaches once and for all.
Once again, I am back in my office, with the lights turned off. I do have a bit of good news to relate. When I got to work, I managed to squeeze out a little nugget. It was small and round with little surface cracks in it. I’ve been working on that little guy for a couple of days now. I thought I was gonna die when it came out. I thought I was giving birth to a small child or something. Man did it hurt.
…..i’ll update later, gotta get to work…..

I just drank the colonix mix this morning. My headache is either gone or I am just used to it and don’t even realize that it’s still there. We’ll see if it comes back.
Still no bowel movements this morning. Two days in a row that I missed my usual time I go. If I really hope I have one today, because i’m starting to get cramps. Last nite I woke up around 4am, and thought I had to go. So I got up and ran to the bathroom, and proceeded to sit there for about 10 minutes. Nothing.
I understand that Colonix uses psyllium fiber to bulk up my poo, but shouldn’t my poo still continue to come out? Why has it ceased? I don’t understand…
