The Results of My Liver Gallbladder Cleanse

Posted in Liver Cleanse Results at 12:26 pm by admin

Ok, sorry everyone for not posting sooner. I think lightening struck my house and apparently fried my computer. Not really sure, but the morning after a storm, my computer wouldn’t work. The guys at Geek Squad told me that I would need to get a new computer. So, over the weekend, I bought myself a new laptop!

Ok, now onto the stuff that you guys want to hear about - the results of my Liver Gallbladder Cleanse.

Well, the next day I ended up having four bowel movements. The first one was at my usual time in the morning. It felt like the usual BM, nothing different about it, until I looked down and saw about a dozen green stones floating around! I was happy to see them, but initially a little disappointed because I was expecting around 100 stones.

The Gallstones from My 1st Bowel Movement

The next bowel movement was about two hours later, and this was the grand-daddy bowel movement! This time I passed about 75-100 stones of various sizes. They ranged from the size of tiny pebbles to small rocks. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel a thing. I was expecting to hear a ‘ting’ when the stones hit the bottom of the toilet. But, that’s not at all how it worked. I barely pooped out any poop, it was mostly the green gallstones.

The MANY Gallstones from my 2nd Bowel Movement

The third Bowel Movement happened about an hour later. I didn’t pass as many stones as I did the second time, it was more like the first bowel movement I had. But I noticed that some BIG gallstones came out of me in the last bowel movement.

The Gallstones from My 3rd Bowel Movement

Thats it. That was all that I saw came out of me. I did have a bowel movement later that nite, but I didn’t notice any floating gallstones.

Now, here comes the gross part. Because I wanted to show everyone what the gallstones looked like, I managed to scoop out most of the gallstones and photograph them for this blog. This was actually the grossest part of the whole process. I put on a latex glove, and just scooped them out. I kinda rinsed them, and then set them out on the sinktop. However, I will say that the 2nd pic I didn’t have the patience to scoop ALL of them out. So that was about half of the gallstones… most of the larger ones.

oh, and if you’re wondering what they felt like. It was like the gallstones were made of soap. It was about that consistency. I squeezed one really hard, and it just mushed together like wet soap.

As to how I felt after completing the Liver Gallbladder Cleanse, well I felt GREAT! It’s hard to describe, but I just felt better. I felt like i was quicker, lighter and just overall better. I don’t know exactly how it works, but after the liver cleanse I just felt better.

Since it has taken me a week to post my results, you may be wondering how I feel now. I will say that I still feel pretty good. However, I have noticed that certain things are slightly different. I notice that instead of drinking two cups of coffee in the morning, which is about my average, one cup will give me a strange buzz that fuels me beyond the lunch hour. Two cups makes me really jittery and nauseous. Half a cup is now more than enough. Some days, I will only take a few sips, and still feel the effects.

I am really glad that I braved the liver cleanse out. I do believe that it has made me more healthier and feel better. If you are into cleansing the body of toxins, I would recommend that you try this Liver Gallbladder Cleanse. It was simple & effective.

As for colon cleansing…. I’m not sure yet. Stay Tuned. I do have a (pretty-much) FULL bottle of Oxypowder, so I will probably be trying that sometime in the near future.

Liver Gallbladder Cleanse - Day 5 (Flush Day)

Posted in Liver Cleanse - Day 5 at 4:41 pm by admin

Oh boy, what a day!

So, this is an account of what happened to me on Day 5 of my liver gallbladder cleanse. On Saturday, I did (mostly) everything from the liver gallbladder cleanse instructions. I started off with a big seedless watermelon that I cut up the night before. I ate alot of that for breakfast. I also bought some kiwi’s, but the instructions state NOT to mix the fruits. Which seems kinda odd.

The Liver Cleanse instructions also request that I make a soup that will help detoxify my liver. BUT, considering I didn’t like anything in the recipe, I opted for the Water Diet. I drank alot of water. I hope it was the full 32 oz, I’m not completely sure the amount I drank. I just started drinking.

I was pretty excited when the afternoon snack portion came around, because I am getting pretty hungry. The instructions for the liver cleanse gives you three options for a snack

  1. 3  Organic Avacados
  2. 4-6 oz. of Walnuts
  3. More Water… Lots of water.

I like both Walnuts & Avacados, but I went with the walnuts because they are more convenient to eat. I was sooooo hungry at this point, I ate the entire 6 oz. I bought, and I was still hungry! But the instructions state not to eat anything else for the rest of the day. However, I did eat one wedge of watermelon about 45 minutes before my first epsom salt.

About 5:20, I drank down the first of the epsom salt. That was one of the most horrible tastes I’ve ever experienced. I don’t think I mixed it together very well, because when I tipped the cup up to start chugging it down, a big glob of unmixed, wet epsom salt hit the back of my throat. I immediately vomited into the kitchen sink.

About five minutes later. I was able to get down the epsom salt mix. This time, I put more water in and made sure to mix the epsom salt completely before drinking it.

Two Hours later, I repeated the epsom salt drink. No problems. I was able to get it down without incident.

Right at 10pm. I drank the olive oil. I was expecting this to be the worst, but it actually wasn’t that bad. I bought a big orange and just squeezed every ounce of juice into the olive oil. But, obviously, the two didn’t mix. So, I would vigorously stir the mix, and then take a big swig. It took me four swigs to get all of the olive oil/orange juice down. The last swig actually tasted pretty good, but that’s because all of the orange juice sank to the bottom.

Directly after drinking the Olive Oil, I went and laid down in my bed and started a movie. From the verbage on the liver cleanse instructions had me expecting to feel alot of nausea, cramping or bloating, because, well I just drank alot of Olive Oil! But surprisingly, I felt fine. I kept burping up the taste of the olive oil, but that was about it.

Day 5 of the Liver Gallbladder Cleanse was a long day, mainly because I was pretty hungry. But the actual ‘cleansing’ day of the liver & gallbladder was very simple. I didn’t feel bad or anything. In my opinion, the worst part was drinking the epsom salts. It tasted really bad and the texture made me kinda queezy.

I  guess now you’re wondering if I saw any green stones, huh? Well, you’re gonna have to wait til tomorrow, when I have the pictures ready.

Liver Gallbladder Cleanse - Day 3 & 4

Posted in Liver Cleanse - Day 3 & 4 at 3:48 pm by admin

Ok. I’m lazy. I have decided to group the last two days together into one post, cuz there’s really not much to talk about.

Day 3 & 4 of my liver gallbladder cleanse was good. Everything seems to be going well. I am not feeling any discomfort from the liver cleanse. I do get a slight headache after I drink my first class of apple juice. But that fades away within an hour or so. The only other thing that seems weird is the Oxypowder. It makes me have liquedy poop… which is kinda weird.

I went from Colonix that made me feel extremely constipated, to Oxy-Powder that does the complete opposite to me. However, I’m not concerned at all, because Oxypowder is supposed to make my poop much softer, possibly liquedy. This is supposed to be a sign that it is working.

But, like I said. I am not too concerned. I’m actually feeling pretty good. Compared to Day 3 & 4 of Colonix, I’m feeling on top of the world!
