Starting Liver Cleanse Tomorrow
Well, I have decided that I think I’m ready to try the Liver Cleanse. It says in the liver cleanse instructions that the best day to start is on a tuesday. This is because its a five day cleanse, and on the last day - The Flush Day - you will have the urge to have a bowel movement alot, so you want to be near a toilet.
I have already bought all of the things I need - Epsom Salt, Olive Oil, Apple Juice, Walnuts, Avacado’s.
I decided a couple of days ago that I needed to ween myself off of caffeine, so I have slowly been doing that. Mainly because I don’t want any hate mail about how drinking coffee messed up the colonix, uh, liver cleanse. I haven’t drank any coffee or sodas since saturday. Also, I have also started to eat really healthy because I don’t want something I eat to screw up the liver cleanse.
Oh, and for the record, I’m not a big fan of Apple Juice. In fact, I haven’t liked apple juice since I was in elementary school and my teachers made me drink it all the time. BUT, it contains some kind of malic acid that is supposed to help my cleanse. So, I figured it would be best. I bought some kind of organic apple juice that is low in sugar. I’ll try to snap a pic of it, if I get a chance.
I have the afternoon off, so I’ll try to snap some pics of all of the products, so you can get an idea of what I’m getting into. Stay Tuned… The cleanse starts tomorrow.

Hi,
I stumbled onto your blog via technorati. I was wondering if you’ve heard of a company called Isagenix that offers a cleanse system as one of their products? I’ve had success with it and you may want to check it out. It’s a full body cleanse and unlike many other cleanses, continues to provide your body with all of the essential nutrients it needs.
You can read more about it at: http://www.thebettercleanse.com
Best of luck.

The apple juice softens up your gallstones, so they won’t be painful when they pass. You could also incorporate lemon juice which would break them up, but oftentimes the apple juice does that on it’s own.
