Researching the Liver Gallbladder Cleanse

Posted in Liver Cleanse at 4:39 pm by admin

So, I posted a couple weeks ago that I ordered the Liver Gallbladder Cleansing Kit from Global Healing Center.  Which, ironically was about the same price as the one month of Colonix program that I did a couple of months ago.

If you are wondering why I haven’t posted anything on it, I wanted to let everyone know that I haven’t actually started it yet. I’m afraid that I may have ordered it too quickly. Like I did with Colonix.

So, I am taking my time researching the internet, on the pro’s & con’s of a liver cleanse, or more specifically a liver cleanse with livatrex. I recently just found out that Livatrex is a new product, so a wide array of information is not available. Which is kinda disappointing to me. Because I don’t want to go thru, what I went thru with Colonix.

Here’s the Liver Gallbladder Cleanse Instructions for the liver cleanse that I am going to be doing. It doesn’t sound too complicated. Basically you are going to pour the contents of the Livatrex into a big jug of apple juice. And then slowly drink the apple juice for the next five days. Then comes the “Flush Day.”

The reason why you drink apple juice, is because it contains ‘malic acid’. This helps soften any gallstones that may be inside of me, and ultimately easier to pass during the flush. On the “Flush Day” I am to eat a specific diet and end my night by drinking some epsom salt and some olive oil…. but not at the same time. The next morning and throughout the entire day, I should hopefully see some green stones when I have a bowel movement.

It sounds kinda complicated, so we’ll see if it actually works. After taking colonix, which is supposedly one of the best colon cleansers, I’m kinda weary of products like this. BUT, I do want to see if this works.

It says the best day to start is on a Tuesday or Wednesday, so that the flush day is on a Saturday or Sunday. So, if I’m feeling up to it, I will start the liver cleanse next tuesday.

I did the liver cleansing a couple of weeks ago. and I liked it. It was good for me and my body. I don’t think you will have any problems with it.

Thank you for your detail colon cleansing blog. I’m just about to start a colon cleanse, although I think I’ll save some money by making the “shake” powder by myself. I’ll buy the parasite cleanse & tea from Colonix though. I have chronic fatigue/candida, am not able to work, so I think I’ll have an easier time of cleansing - frankly, I have no idea how you managed to keep it together so well at work! good job!

From reading your cleansing program along with your daily diet, I know I would have had headaches from the diet you ate while cleansing. It’s a tough go to try to be digesting foods like breads, salads while on a cleansing regime. The Colonix forum that I was reading was a low carb eaters website, I think they had a better time of it. lowcarbfriends.com

Anyway, I wish you blessings in your Liver cleanse. I have done this fast/program with great success. I experienced all the testimonial good reactions from it. Sure I passed a ton of stones. At the time I was nearly going to the hospital from gallbladder pain, and the cleanse cured me. I didn’t use that tincture from that site though. Finally after being so wordy :) My reason for commenting is that I think with that tincture, you’ll again experience some dieoff reactions.

Fasting in general will produce dieoff reactions, as will getting off of caffeine and high carbs. If I were to do this liver cleanse again, I’d start a week in advance, eating just cooked vegies & rice (that’s right, no meat). The cooked vegies are easier to digest. Ween off of caffeine entirely, and also that pre-cleanse week, start applejuice everyday too. Beyond that, follow the ‘flush’ instructions to the letter for best results. You’ll be amazed!

Thanks again for your blog - love it! You help more people than you realize. :)

Here’s the program that I did - no ‘product’ to buy. Although, because I was in so much discomfort from my gallbladder, I was already nearly fasting for 5 days before this flush.

Wow! Thank you Carrie. This has by far been the most helpful comment I have ever received. What’s funny is that I actually decided two days ago to start weening myself off of ALL caffeine for this cleanse. It hasn’t been that bad.

Ironically, the link you left was one of the cleanses I have read over. It was one of the top cleanses that came up on Google. They all seem very similar, but with slight variations. Thank you for leaving that. I appreciate it when my readers take the time to help me. So, Thank You!

FYI - I’m starting the cleanse tomorrow, so stay tuned!
