Colonix Colon Cleansing Update
So it’s been about 3 months since I’ve done the Colonix or any colon cleansing experiments. I haven’t even logged onto this blog since I stopped the Colonix.
Ok, so let me tell you. After two days of NOT taking the Colonix fiber and laxative tea. I was back to being regular. The headaches ceased. The bloating and cramps went away, and never came back. It’s ironic that you take this stuff to help you detoxify my bowels and improve my ‘transit time‘, but instead it makes me constipated!!! I can honestly say that I didn’t see that one coming.
I stopped on my last post. I didn’t stick it out for the full 30days. I stopped on day 28. I know, I know. You guys are disappointed in me, but there was no way I could finish. I was feeling really bad and just couldn’t take it anymore. Until you try that stuff, which I don’t recommend, you won’t know what it put me thru.
So, the reason I am back on this, is to give everyone my Colonix Update, but to also pose a question to my loyal fans (all three of you). Should I try a different colon cleansing product and document my experience here, like I did with the Colonix Colon Cleansing Program? or Should I do something different?
One of my coworkers was telling me about a Liver flush. I don’t know exactly what that is, but it sounds intriguing. I mean I’ve drank my share of alcohol over my lifetime, and if cleansing my liver is possible, I would be interested in doing that. I don’t know. That sounds more advanced then a colon cleanse. What do you guys think? Can anyone tell me more about Liver flushes? and if they’re beneficial?
Let me know your opinions, I would like for you guys to decide what direction I take this blog in. Give me some ideas. Recommend a product. Something. I mean, I don’t want to justcompletely give up on the blog. I’ve already spent my money on the domain and hosting for a couple of years. So, I might as well use it.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts and ideas…

Enuvia has a cleansing system that is for both colon cleansing and liver cleansing. You may want to look into that….
kill two birds with one stone.

I know exactly what you mean. I did the Colonix cleanse and I felt the same way. You shouldn’t give up though. Have you ever done colon hydrotherapy? I know it sounds very invasive, but it works great. I do that a couple times a year.
As for Liver Flushes, I would recommend you try it, especially if you’ve never done one before. I’ve done two. Both times from a company called Global Healing Center…I’m not sure of the name of it though. But, they have a whole program set up thats easy to follow. Very simple. You should look into that…
good luck! and thanks for documenting it on here. very insightful.

Hi. You should just give up all together. Colon Cleansing is a waste of time. Quit while you’re ahead.

Hey man.
I stumbled on your blog today, and I think I have read every post you have put. I did the colonix cleanse two years ago, and it made me feel the EXACT same way. It could’ve been me writing these posts. Headaches everyday! Awful headaches. I got really bad cramps and constipation.
Forget the Colonix. You should try OxyPowder. That’s what I used shortly after doing the Colonix cleanse, and I was very very impressed with it. and I never got a single headache. There are no teas or fiber shakes that you have to drink or prepare. It’s very easy.
I ended up buying an Oxypowder cleansing kit, which also had a liver gallbladder flush included…. you should look into that. It’s the best you are going to find.
Good luck. I’ll check back.

really? huh.
Because I’ve been leaning towards OxyPowder, because I’ve read only good things about it. But I’m not sure if I want to subject myself to another colon cleanse. I may do the liver gallbladder flush first.
I don’t know. I’m so wishy-washy. Honestly, I’m just scared that I will be subjected to the awful side effects that I got from Colonix, and I DON”T want that again. I’m gonna continue to take suggestions and do ALOT of research before I make any hasty decisions…. again!

Hi.
I agree with Shine. Oxypowder is the way to go. I have never done a liver flush, but I have done the oxypowder cleanse, and it worked great for me. But that’s the only one I did, so I don’t really have anything to compare it to. But I can confirm that I didn’t get sick like you did with the Colonix.
Good Luck. I hope you don’t give up just because the Colonix didn’t go well.

hello.
you should just skip ahead to the liver flush, and not worry about the colon cleanse right now.

You should do the Oxy-Powder Colon Cleansing Kit. I’ve done it and its a great package of health products. It’s a liver Flush & Colon Cleanse in one, so you would be able to do BOTH.
And if you got constipated from Colonix, which is a common side effect, you won’t get constipated from the oxy-powder…
