Colonix Colon Cleansing Blog - Day 28
Monday, Colonix Colon Cleansing Program - Day 27
So, what do I write about today? The headache I had all day, or the poop that is still stuck inside of me? Let’s start with the headache.
Today I had another headache. It was there. Constant. All day. I drank alot of water. I took a nap. I popped a couple of Advil in the morning and Tylenol in the afternoon. Nothing helped. Nothing. The colonix headache remained. It wasn’t the worst that I have had, but it was definitely up there. I sat in my office with the lights off most of the day, because the fluorescent lights in my office were too bright.
Ok. Now onto everyone’s favorite topic. my poop. Yesterday I had a burning feeling when I pooped. My bum felt a little raw yesterday. Well, today was just the same. I managed to poop a little bit out. and when I mean a little, i mean about the size of a chicken nugget. A small, awkwardly-shaped core of poo. That’s what came out of me. It seemed oily to. The kind of poop that seems like you wipe more up, then actually hit the water on its own. Catch my drift? That’s the way it felt. It even gave my Cottenelle wet-wipes a run for it’s money. It took me four wet-wipes to clean up that mess. four! was that too many details? sorry.
I’m tired of this. Should I even wait for wednesday to quit? Because today was not a good day of colon cleansing at all. I have felt like absolute crap (pun intended) since I started the Colonix colon cleansing program. I have felt fatigued and sick. I notice that I don’t work out as much as I used to. I Eat less then I used to. I’m not nearly as productive as I was before starting the Colonix cleansing. I cant begin to tell you a single benefit I’ve gained from the Colonix.
Now this may sound crazy, but I think I’ve figured out the secret to the Colonix Colon Cleansing Program. It breaks you down. It makes you feel sick. It makes you feel so ill, that when you stop taking it or finish the cleansing program all together, you immediately start to feel better. Therefore, one may assume that the Colonix actually helped them, but in reality, your body is just going back to normal. The way it was before you started ingesting crazy concoctions of herbs. The way it was before the headaches, bloating, cramps and constipation. The way it was supposed to be all along. That’s it. That’s the Colonix Secret.
well, maybe I’m just guessing. I’m trying to put the pieces together as to what happened to me. But I can’t see any other logical explanation.

I’ve been reading over your posts, and I find myself throughly entertained. You see, my husband and I did the Colonix cleanse in early 2006, and it made us both feel really sick. I was horribly constipated and had to do a fleet enema. He got really bad headaches. Long story short, we had a very similar experience that you are currently having. We ended up doing the “master cleanse”. That one worked much better for us.
Here’s my advice:
Do yourself a favor sweetie, and just quit the Colonix stuff now. Don’t wait until day 30 or whenever your stuff runs out. just quit.
why do you feel like you have to keep going? it’s very obvious to me that you gave colonix a good try and it didn’t work for you. It’s time to move on and get your health back in order. of course that’s easy for me to say. I’m not doing it anymore.

I just stop taking the colonix about 1 week agao after 5 weeks on it. About 4 weeks into it I became very constipated and still am. I also have terrible pains about 30 minutes after I eat in my upper stomach along with bloating and gas pains. Terrible terrible, I’ve been feeling this way for almost 2 weeks now. I wish I’d never done it.

You might do some internet search on Magnesium and the effect of too little.
It helps with headaches, and the only negative side effect of too much would be a loose stool. You might consider that you do not have enough in your diet. Many don’t. I didn’t and had terrible migraines for 30 yrs. Now I haven’t had one in over a year due to taking ionic magnesium.
Good luck, hope you feel better.
I just started colonix today, and the body is functioning properly.

The colonix instructions read to take the paranil pills on an empty stomach with water, then 15 minutes later take the colonix powder, then after that have breakfast. This is the way I took it and I never had headaches after the first couple of days, and I noticed better results when I drank filtered water instead of plain tap water. Most days on your cleanse you had coffee and breakfast before the powder. If you had done it in the right order it probably would have caused you much less pain.

So, I see that the Colonix gave you headaches as well?
yes. I did make the mistake of eating before taking the colonix/paranil for the first couple of weeks of the cleanse. However, I seriously doubt that eating or drinking coffee is what caused me to have severe headaches and constipation throughout the duration of the colonix cleansing. Because the last couple of weeks, I stopped drinking coffee all together and took the Colonix / paranil before eating anyting, and I still got severe headaches, and became constipated even worse.
And I don’t drink tap water. I drink filtered or bottled water only.

I have read just about every single comment on Colonix on the www and it appears that the results are half and half. Half (aside from the fake testimonials and most certainly the fake bloggers on behalf of Colonix) say that it truly works and they continue to benefit from the program over the long haul. The other half, like you, have headaches, bloating…
I assume we have all found your post because we are skeptics or have had a negative reaction to Colonix. Anyone here that has actually benefitted from Colonix?
I have just ordered the 3 month supply and would certainly love to hear from real folks either way.
Colonix says they have a money back guarantee. Any problems getting your money back?

yea. I’m agree. I’ve dugg pretty deep into the depths of the internet, in search for Colonix information. Mainly, because I was experiencing side effects that I couldn’t find listed on the colonix site, and I wanted to know what to do about them. This is where I learned that ALOT of people taking Colonix have experienced these negative effects.
Besides from the overwhelming amount of colonix testimonials on Dr.Natura’s site (which i suspect are fake) and the people in forums and blogs whom are posting information about Colonix (whether for or against), I have found that there are two sides, and nobody is sitting in the middle.
People are either really for it, or really against it. I looked up some of this information before I started the Colonix cleanse, but I assumed that Colonix was the best colon cleanser, so I never really dugg too deep. I placed my trust into the product and all of the reviews & testimonials scattered around the web. That’s where I made my mistake.
Generally, the comments I have recieved have been highly supportive, because mainly everyone is experiencing colonix side effects as well. I haven’t heard from anyone, be it thru a comment, email or word-of-mouth that experienced “Great Benefits” from Colonix.
I do not recommend Colonix. If I were you, I would get your money back now, before you start. Because you don’t want to go thru what I went thru.
Please keep me updated if you decide to do the colonix cleanse. I would be interested to know how your cleanse went. Whatever decision you make, I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks for the detailed blog on this cleanse. I also did a lot of research on colon cleansing and it seemed really facinating how all that crap would come out. I was *this* close to paying online until I didn’t know where to ship it to since I’m always at work everday during the day hours, and I don’t want to receive the package at work so the entire world knows I’m trying to cleanse my colon. Then I searched a bit more on it and found your blog. After reading your entries, I think I will hold back on this cleanse. I think I’m just going to stick to my natural fibre rich diet with occassional cheap herbal-lax teas (which I don’t recommend drinking frequently but once a month is fine, I feel)

Very interesting blog you got here, I’m about to start my own colon cleansing program but I’ll be using this product called Oxy-Powder. It seems like Colonix is giving you headaches, that is the primary complaint I’ve read about this product.
I’m actually going to try 5 different colon cleansers and Colonix is one of them, but after reading your posts I’m kinda having second thoughts. I don’t know , I’ll see how Oxy-Powder is. If everything works out good I might just try that product.

You didn’t follow the instructions provided in the box, at all. In fact you did some of it exactly backwards, and the instructions point out that if you change up their specific order and amounts that you can experience things like… *drumroll please*… constipation and headaches. lol.
I’m not a devotee of DrNatura, but you really set yourself up to feel like crap. Change how you live if you want to feel better. There is NO product or thing you can buy in a box, and just throw into your body for a month to magically feel better. You even say that you expected to just start ‘feeling better’ after a few days. Unrealistic expectations… to the point that you really don’t even think the instructions to the product matter. Just open box and start taking pills. “Why don’t I feel better yet?!” *drinks Newcastle and eats pie*
Live healthy for a couple of months, meaning.. don’t drink so much coffee, esp first thing in the morning which gets your peristaltic action into warp drive, eat better food and exercise…. more.
Then cleanse.
