Colonix Colon Cleansing - Day 22
Tuesday - Colon Cleansing Day 22
My Colon Cleansing Frustration is Growing.
So, it’s been pretty hectic around here for me. I decided to take the weekend off from Colonix and this blog. Which is why you haven’t seen a post for four days or so. To be perfectly clear, I took saturday & sunday off. (april 14 & 15)Although I haven’t posted anything on here, I have continued to track how I feel and what I ate. I will post those tonite. (probably already posted). However, as of monday (april 16), I am back on the Colonix Colon Cleansing Program, but I am still considering quitting it. I have been having bad headaches and constipation. They just wont seem to let up, no matter what I do or who I ask for advice. I’m not going to lie - I’m Frustrated! I’m frustrated that I am feeling sick. I’m frustrated because this hasn’t worked for me and I was so hyped up that it will. I’m frustrated because I’m starting to feel that I was scammed. I’ve seen other people post messages in forums that say the same.
I am currently in search for a colon cleansing alternative. In the colon cleansing forums, Everyone talks about three colon cleansers - Colonix, Oxypowder, and Blessed Herbs. Colonix and Blessed Herbs seem to be very similar. Except, I think you have to fast while on Blessed Herbs. If that’s true, then that might be a deal-breaker for me. I won’t be able to fast. Oxypowder sounds interesting. From what I gather, it doesn’t use fiber to bulk up the stool, it uses oxygen (?) to melt the stool. That doesn’t sound right? I may be wrong about it. Obviously more research is needed on both colon cleansing products. Any advice would be appreciated ( *hint*hint* )
I found another Colonix Colon Cleansing Forum where people are complaining of Colonix side effects. This was like finding a colon cleansing gold mine for me. There were so many people complaining about Colonix. A few of them actually offered good advice on mimimizing the side effects. I’m starting to get concerned that so many other people are having side effects.
As to my daily report, Today was a horrible day. I had another headache today. I pooped a little this afternoon. Didn’t find any ropes, sorry, I know you sicko’s wanted to look at more pictures of my poop. Maybe tomorrow.

7:15 am - Yoplait Yogurt - Orange Creme, with plateful of cantelope cubes.

IF I were you. I would quit the Colonix now. I was scammed by this product too. I managed to get most of money back, but I still lost some.
And don’t think you are alone in this. I got really really really bad headaches while taking colonix. I didn’t suffer from the constipation like you are, but I had the same kind of sudden, piercing cramps you have described.
Don’t waste any more of your time. The longer you take it, the more you are going to get sick. Be smart and quit now!

Why are you even attempting to “clean” your colon anyway? Haven’t you ever heard of “If it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it”?
