Colon Cleansing - Day 17

Posted in Day 17 - Colonix at 9:00 pm by admin

So this morning I woke up early! I was awaken at 4am with a horrible cramp in my butt. I know it sounds funny, but I woke up with a pain down there. I got up to try and stretch a little, but it didn’t help. So I went to the bathroom, and tried to squeeze some out. I didn’t have an urge to go, but I tried and WOAH!!!! It started to come out. And it kept coming. I crapped out soooooooo much. It felt great! I went and weighed myself right afterwards and I lost three pounds!!! That’s about how much came out of me.

AND

I dug around in the toilet and found a little rope about 3 inches long and I managed to fish out of the toilet and photographed it. Out of respect for the few visitors I get here, I will NOT post this image on my blog. Frankly, I don’t want anyone vomiting on their keyboards because my colonix poop rope was splashed unexpectedly onto their computer screen. So, if you would like to see the Colonix Poop Picture, click on one of these links.

As to how I’m feeling all day. I had a colonix headache for most of the morning. I’m starting to get pretty frustrated with these headaches. I’m well into my third week, and still getting bad headaches. At first, I beleive it was probably detox symptoms. But, still?? I don’t know. The only thing I can contribute these headaches too, is the Colonix, because I only get them after I drink it. Other than the headache, I’ve felt ok. No cramps, because I pooped so much this morning. I’ve had an earache all day. But that’s most likely unrelated. Probably just some water in my ear from my shower or something. Who knows. Now a days, I have no idea what my body is doing.

I’ve been thinking lately abotu taking a break from the Colonix. I’m going to do it tomorrow morning, and if I still feel bad, then I’m going to take the weekend off. Just to see how I feel. If I continue to become constipated and constant headaches, then I’ll know its because of something other than the Colonix. If I no longer feel ill, then I’ll at least know for sure as to what is making me feel so bad. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow. Maybe taking a couple days off of the cleansing program will be good for my body.

I don’t know. This stuff cost alot of money, and I don’t want to rush into a decision. But, it’s something that I am pondering right now.

I’d say you’re doing several thing wrong:

#1 I don’t think you are drinking enough water, hence, may be causing the constipation. You’re adding fiber without enough water so it’s cloggin you up. Fill a 2 liter bottle and sip on it all day. The other beverages you consume during the day don’t count.

#2 Follow the instructions! Take the Paranil & Colonix mix on an EMPTY stomach as per the instructions. Not after you’ve eaten breakfast.

#3 Although it’s not required, it is implied by the term ‘cleansing’ — why cut out sugar, caffeine, junk food etc. during the cleanse?

    Good luck,
    Darrell Diaz

Thank you for your input. Being new to this, I’m not sure if I am doing it right. And I appreciate all advice. I would also like to thank you for the construtive criticism. I have received ALOT of hateful and name-calling comments. NONE of which I have approved, nor will approve. Frankly, I dont’ think I deserve those comments and I wish they would stop coming…

    In response to your tips:
#1 - I have to disagree that I am drinking too little water, The Colonix instructions say to drink eight 8 ounce glasses. I would like to say I have exceeded the recommended amount everyday, but there may be a day or two that I drank just below it. On the Colonix website, it says “You must consume about 8 glasses (8oz. ea) of pure (filtered or spring) water a day. That’s about 2 liters per day. Much more than this is not recommended” Everyday, I make a conscience effort to drink right around that amount.

Also, I refuse to cut-out the coffee, because, from my expereince, it works better than the KleriTea. It’s the only thing that actually makes me poop. I’m steeping the KleriTea for about ten minutes and not expereincing anything from it.

#2 - You are (partially) right. I did go back and review the Colonix website, and it does say to take Paranil on an empty stomach. The reason why I say you are partially right, is because there are ALOT of instructions to follow. ALOT!! I’m following them as best I can. But I’m am glad that you alerted me to the timing issue. Starting tomorrow, it will be done first thing when I wake up. Thank you, sir.

#3 - Did you review all of my posts, or just this one? Because I am eating very healthy. On Dr. Naturas FAQ section of their website, it specifically says, “Although no particular diet is needed for these programs to work, eating healthy foods is always a good idea.” If you go back and review what I’ve consumed, I’ve been eating really healthy. Yes, everyonce in awhile I’ll treat myself to a bag of dorito’s or a bowl of ice cream, but overall, I’m eating healthy, complete meals. Lots of raw fruits & veggies, yogurt and salads too. Only in the last week or so, have I started to turn to eat more sugary foods. AND ironically, I’m starting to feel better! So why cut out the foods that make this ‘cleansing program’ bearable?

Not that it really matters, but I’ve found that I’m eating more ‘junk foods’ now, then I did before I started this cleanse.

Have you done this cleanse before? Because I would appreciate hearing how your ‘cleanse’ went, and any and all advice you would have for me. It’s hard finding truthful advice. People in forums are either really against or really for this product. Theie advice has been consistently incorrect.

Once again. Thank you for taking the time to share your advice. And also doing it in a mature manner, I can’t begin to tell you the names I have been called in comments that arrive in my inbox.

This doesn’t have anything to do with the above comments, but I wanted to express my amazement that you actually got a “rope”! Thank you for posting that picture, my intellectual and morbid curiosity (partially the reason I’m here in the first place) would have driven me insane.

Also, if you still can’t stand the powder with water or juice, have you thought about violating your poor smoothies and mixing the powder in THAT? It might dampen the taste, but you’d still be ingesting the formula… Just a thought.
