Colonix Cramps
Today has been a crazy-busy day at work. Too busy for colonix constipation and cramps to hit me. Earlier today, I was in a meeting with my boss. A very important meeting, I’ll add. And I got the worst cramp I’ve ever had. It was like something, was pushing against the inside walls of my bowels. I was feeling what I would call intense pressure in just one spot, close to where everything comes out. As soon as I felt it, I hopped up out of my chair. Keep in mind that I was in a meeting where everyone is sitting around a long wooden table talking about business. So, I looked like a complete idiot when I abruptly interrupted the meeting! I politely excused myself and ran to the bathroom. I think moving made it worse, because by the time I got to the bathroom, I thought I was going to cry. It hurt like you wouldn’t beleive!
The worst part, was when I was actually in the stall, trying to get out whatever it was that hurt so much. I was pushing and pushing. Straining so hard that I was actually groaning out loud. The #1 rule in bathroom etitquite, is to mind your business and stay within your personal space. As a rule, I try to get in and get out as fast as I can, without being noticed, especially in a public restroom. I was groaning out loud! I don’t do that! Never have. Some guy (who I don’t work with, Thankfully), even asked me if I was ok.

AND, I couldn’t even get anything out.
So after that little episode, I was pissed. I embarrassed myself in front of my boss and all of my bosses bosses’. That’s really not cool. I’ve already lost the respect from some of my coworkers, because of this emabarassing moment. If I somehow lose my job…..
