Morning Headache
Ok, so I’m not sure if the beer I drank last nite or the Colonix I drank yesterday gave it to me, but I have a splitting headache…..still. It may be the beer, because I was drinking dark beer, but I usually don’t get hungover from a couple of pints. I don’t know. Now-a-days, since I started a colon cleansing program, I’m not sure what’s going on with my body, it’s so hard to tell. I have frequent headaches and backaches now. I’m constantly constipated. I have a much more noticeably bigger potbelly. I feel bloated all the time. And, i’m pissing off my coworkers, friends & family because I’m so cranky and irritable all the time. I don’t understand what is going on with my body. I don’t understand what “good” is coming out of this stuff.
I went up to the FULL scoop today. I thought I was going to puke when I made the switch. I wasn’t expecting it to be so thick and gritty. I am very picky when it comes to the things I eat and drink, and this stuff has a texture that is torture to me. I also mixed it with juice, which added a little more flavor to it. That helped. I’m going to do that more often.
Just so everyone knows - Colon Cleansing sucks!
