Fruits help with constipation

So today I ate alot of fruits and veggies, and it helped. I had an apple for breakfast, carrots throughout the day for snacks, two fresh-fruit smoothies. Corn and lima beans for dinner. Shortly after dinner, I felt the urge to go, and I proceeded to have a very large bowel movement…finally! It must have been the fruits, because I didn’t drink any tea last nite. Ironic, the nite I stop drinking the “laxative tea” I have a bowel movement the next day.

The fruit smoothies were delicious. I included 25 Blue Berries, which is something new for me, because I’ve never had Blue Berries before. I’ve heard they are great to eat, and your body benefits alot from the consumption of Blue Berries. But I’ve never tried any before. But they were on sale at the grocery store, and they were right next to the strawberries. I had an impulse moment and bought both of them. I’m glad I did though, because my smoothies tasted great!

For the next hour and a half, I sipped on my smoothies. They tasted great and apparently they helped my constipation problems. It was nice to finally get some relief. Maybe I should just eat a bunch of fruit instead of an expensive colon cleansing kit. After I got off the pot, I googled “Fruits that Help Constipation” and I found this article. It’s interesting. I noticed that the fruits I ate are mentioned there. I’m impressed. I’m going to make me another smoothie before I go to work tomorrow. Drink it shortly after I drink the Colonix mix, maybe the two can mingle in my stomach and I won’t get all backed up. I’m going to figure out a way to make the best out of this colon cleansing program. So far, it’s been a waste of my time…. but that will change soon. (hopefully)

What I Ate Today:
7:35am - One cup of Coffee
7:55am - One cup of Coffee
8:20am - FULL Colonix scoop, mixed with 8oz. Juice, followed immediately with another 8oz. of juice.
9:30am - One Organic Apple, cut into wedges. One Yoplait Yogurt, Very Vanilla. 16oz glass of water.
9:50am - One 8oz. Glass of Water
11:15am - One 12oz. Bottle of water, 7 Baby Carrots (organic)
2:30pm - Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Bag of Baked Lays, Glass of Iced Tea
4:05pm - One 12. Bottle of water, 5 Baby Carrots (organic)
6:00pm - One 16oz. Fruit Smoothie.
7:00pm - One 16oz. Fruit Smoothie.
8:15pm - Italian Grilled Chicken Breast, side of organic corn and lima beans, Sara Lee Dinner Rolls. 16oz. Glass of milk.
9:30 - 16oz. Glass of water.
