Colon Cleansing with Colonix Sucks!!
What a day! I got alot of yard work done. Managed to run a few errands. I prepared a salad for dinner. I haven’t pooped yet. I wish I could though. Colon Cleansing sucks. I’ve had a colonix headache (I am going to call them Colonix Headaches from now on.) for most of the day. This one isn’t as bad as the rest. Kinda like a constant pressure point being pushed in my head. Annoying. The worst part isn’t the actual headache, the worst part is that I can’t get everything accomplished that I want to, because of the colonix headache. I would’ve got alot more done in my yard, but I couldn’t take the bright light any longer.
I’ve ate pretty healthy today. Organic Apple wedge’s & Yoplait yogurt for breakfast. Organic Baby Carrots for a mid-afternoon snack. Around 6pm, I made two fruit smoothie’s with 25 blue berries, 10 strawberries and 1 Organic Banana, mixed with a tablespoon of Flax-Seed Oil, fruit juice, ice and a scoop of ice cream. It’s good. I’m drinking now as I type.
