The Colonix Cleanse Defined
So, I’m back at work and I’ve done everything I needed to do concerning my cleanse. Just to give everyone an idea of what this cleanse consists of, I wanted to write out the instructions that I am following. First, this is a few pictures I snapped of the kit that I am using:
I have studied the instructions and they go as this:
First 5 Days:
Morning: 2 Paranil Capsules & 1/2 Scoop Colonix Fiber
Evening: 1 cup of KleriTea before bed
Tips: Drink 8 glasses of Pure Water throughout the day.
Days 6-30:
Morning: 4 Paranil Capsules & 1 scoop of Colonix Fiber
Evening: 1 cup of KleriTea before bed
Tips: Drink 8 glasses of Pure Water throughout the day
Days 31-60:
Morning: 4 Paranil Capsules & 1 scoop of Colonix Fiber
Evening: 1 cup of KleriTea before bed (skip this step during days 31-
35)
Tips: Drink 8 glasses of Pure Water throughout the day
Days 61-90:
Morning: 4 Paranil Capsules & 1 scoop of Colonix Fiber
Evening: 1 cup of KleriTea before bed (skip this step during days 31-
35)
Tips: Drink 8 glasses of Pure Water throughout the day

Descriptions of each Cleansing Component:
Paranil Capsules - Combination of 18 herbs that assist the cleanse by expelling parasites and parasite eggs from the bowels.
Colonix Intestinal Cleanser - Fiber mix, consisting of mainly Psyllium. It creates a gelantinous bulk in the bowels. Also contains 14 herbs, which assist in the cleansing process.
KleriTea - A tea that contains different herbs, which create a laxative effect in your bowels. This assists in the detoxification process. HOWEVER, I just discoverd that it contains Senna, which I’m not very fond of. I’ve heard alot of negative things about Senna. This worries me.
There also is options to take other supplements from Dr. Natura, that are supposed to assist with the cleanse, but I couldn’t afford them, so I am jsut doing the standard Colonix Cleanse.

So, last nite, I steeped the Kleritea for only one minute, because on the colonix site, they stress how powerful the laxative effects are on the bowels. I was a little scared of waking up to a strong urge. I guess I should’ve steeped it for longer, because I couldn’t go this morning.
As to how I feel, I’m feeling bloated and my headache is back. I’m sitting in my office right now with the lights turned off. My goal for the day is to surf the internet in search of a reason to why I am having these headaches. I’ll check back later…. hopefully with an answer.

Wow, there is allot to the cleanse your doing, that is crazy. The headaches maybe toxins in your system, but this should go away after a while. If the product is giving you a headache, that is not a good sign. Well I hope this works for you, sounds like a pain in the butt! you may want to look into other alternatives, I use Oxy-Powder and it works great for me!
