I feel better…
I slept in 20 minutes late this morning because I was sleeping pretty good. When I went to bed, I still had a bit of a headache, but when I woke up the headache was gone. So, I was happy. I did my usual morning routine, made a small pot of coffee and turned on the Today Show to wait for a local traffic report. As I waited, I drank a cup of coffee, which always makes me have to go, so went to the bathroom to drop my morning load, and thats when I hit a bump in the road.
I couldn’t go.
I had an urge to go, and I sat there for about 10 minutes trying to squeeze one out. No luck. This is a strange feeling.
I drank my morning Colonix. I snapped a picture of it so you can get an idea of what it looks like.
Also, since I’m tracking what I eat and posting it here, I’ll do my best to snap pictures of it all too… Gotta get ready for work. update later
